If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic, your doctor should monitor you while taking Jasmiel. You should not take Jasmiel any earlier than 4 weeks after having a baby, or if you are breastfeeding. Stop taking Jasmiel at least 4 weeks before major surgery wait until at least 2 weeks after major surgery to restart Jasmiel.
